How Do We Proceed The Orders ?

All dress is Made-To-Order, our tailors craft each dress to order.
♦ Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

All of our orders are handmade and are expected to take 10-15 business days.

Production time depends on the complexity of the dress's craftsmanship

Please note that processing/tailoring time may sometimes increase, especially between January and April, as this is our busiest time of year! 

Production time: 10-15 business days.

Global delivery:
-Standard Shipping：shipping time：8-15 days
-Expedited Shipping:  shipping time：4-7 days  

Due to different policies in each country, some regions may impose tariffs that you need to pay for yourself. Due to your failure to pay customs duties in a timely manner, we are unable to process returns or refunds for the shipment.
